We are building a curated 10x cybersecurity leadership capability to support multiple fast-scaling European organizations operating in increasingly regulated and threat-sensitive environments.

These companies do not need reactive security management. They require senior security architects who can design institutional-grade security frameworks that scale with product growth, regulatory exposure, and enterprise customer expectations.

This is not a single vacancy.

This is a selective addition to a high-level security leadership bench supporting multiple environments.

The Mandate

As part of the 10x Team, you may be deployed to design and implement scalable security and governance architectures across high-growth technology environments.

Your focus is execution.

You Will Architect Repeatable Security Engines That Include

• Enterprise-grade information security strategy aligned with business objectives
• Risk-based security governance frameworks
• Security-by-design integration into product and engineering workflows
• Threat modelling and risk assessment structures
• Security control design and maturity roadmaps
• Incident response frameworks and breach escalation protocols
• Vendor and third-party risk management programs
• Security certification readiness structures including ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Alignment with EU regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA where applicable
• Security performance dashboards and board-level reporting models
• Executive communication frameworks translating technical risk into business impact

The objective is to transform fragmented security efforts into a scalable, auditable security platform that enables growth rather than constrains it.

Who We Are Looking For

Senior-level Security Leaders With

• 7+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
• Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments
• Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and enterprise customer security requirements
• Ability to operate at executive and board level
• Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment
• An execution mindset

Engagement Model

• Contract-based
• 8–12 hours per week indicative
• Combination of strategic sessions and remote execution
• Potential deployment across multiple client environments
