IT Business Analyst Data Security – Traineeship

You will join a leading insurance broker and risk consultant in the Benelux. You will work in a people‑oriented and stable organization that actively invests in innovation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with business and IT teams in Antwerp on secure, future-proof solutions.

Your Role

• Translate business needs into secure IT solutions
• Analyze and optimize business processes and applications
• Be involved in / lead IT projects from scope definition to delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
• Assess data security, GDPR, and DORA requirements
• Propose pragmatic and cost-efficient solution options
• Monitor risks, timelines, and budgets
• Report progress clearly to key stakeholders

Your Skills

• Initial experience or strong interest in IT business analysis
• Affinity with data security, GDPR or Dora
• Understanding of Cloud Environment in Microsoft Technology Stack
• Knowledge of Agile and analysis techniques such as BPMN, Use Case Modelling or Activity Diagrams
• Familiar with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMI/PMP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Clear communicator in English and Dutch
• Proactive, structured, and quality-driven attitude
• Team player with a customer-focused approach
