The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in quality management (QMS) and information security (ISMS), with the ability to work autonomously, apply a practical, common-sense approach, and collaborate across teams.
You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Director of Quality & Digitalization, helping to drive compliance, operational excellence, and information protection across the company.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001;
- Participate in and support both internal and external quality audits, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions;
- Maintain and update quality-related documentation (SOPs, policies, process flows).
- Support the preparation and execution of management reviews, including collection and analysis of key quality metrics;
- Assist in planning and delivering trainings to raise quality awareness across the organization;
- Contribute to information management initiatives, such as intranet development and knowledge-sharing platforms;
- Collaborate with departments to ensure practical implementation of quality standards and promote continuous improvement;
- Assist in operating and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) per ISO/IEC 27001;
- Contribute to risk assessments, control implementation, and monitoring activities;
- Assist in maintaining and updating ISMS documentation, policies, procedures, risk register and incident logs;
- Support internal and external information security audits and follow up on corrective actions;
- Support the design and delivery of security awareness trainings across the organization;
- Conduct or support security evaluations of suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with information security requirements;
- Monitor compliance with security policies and help drive awareness initiatives;
- Contribute to incident response and vulnerability management processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks and preferably NIS2;
- Experience supporting audits, trainings, and management reviews;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities;
- A pragmatic mindset with good common sense, balancing compliance requirements with practical solutions;
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders;
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
