Description

• You ensure a consistent and proactive approach to risk and compliance issues within our team;
• You identify, manage, and mitigate risks while complying with applicable laws and regulations;
• You receive a variety of questions from colleagues and carry out assignments for the control functions, depending on current priorities and agreements;
• You handle questions from colleagues with expertise and carry out assignments based on guidelines from the control functions;
• You have a good understanding of risks, compliance, and fraud, which enables you to effectively understand and analyze files or assignments;
• You formulate appropriate answers to questions and assignments, taking into account the specific situation;
• You think constructively and make proposals to optimize processes and procedures;
• You demonstrate a natural eagerness to learn and strive to further develop your knowledge and skills in this rapidly changing technological context.

Profile

• Possesses a sharp, analytical mind and strong organizational skills;
• Has thorough knowledge of anti-money laundering rules, sanctions, and embargoes, as well as risk and fraud monitoring;
• Works accurately and under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines;
• Is customer-oriented and has excellent communication skills;
• Is a problem solver and creative thinker who contributes to the optimization of processes and procedures;
• Is a team player who contributes to a positive group atmosphere;
• Has a good command of both Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus;
• Has extensive experience with MS Office applications.
