Your Mission
As Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving our Continuous Improvement & Business Continuity efforts across our solutions, as well leading cross-functional strategic programs that aim to achieve new product attributes for our integrated solutions.
As part of your Business Continuity & Continuous Improvement role:
- Define, in close collaboration with all key internal stakeholders, programs to meet compliance requirements and address obsolescence on our full offering in due time
- Ensures that the compliance, non-conformities and obsolescence programs are delivered and ready for product design and development in due time
- Ensure our solutions meet our requirements by identifying and processing high-risk nonconformities
- Analyze and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead the Product Change Control Board (pCCB) across the integrated solution, and work in close collaboration with R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain, and Project Engineering.
- Capture the input from Technical Product Managers for the Business Continuity & Continuous Improvement related to their product scope.
- Integrate the Business Continuity & Continuous Improvement programs within our operational product roadmap
As part of your strategic program management role:
- Lead the program definition stage: from setting the strategic ambition to developing the roadmap to achieve it – working closely with our value product managers, R&D program managers and select other stakeholders
- Evaluate the performance of your program, across initiatives, and take actions accordingly by coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams
- Support marketing with regards to your program ambition, roadmap and status
- Master’s degree in engineering or science, or a business background with a strong interest for technologies and industrial fields
- Min. 5 years experience in product or program management, ideally in a similar industry
- Demonstrated and natural leadership and structuring capabilities.
- Excellent communication, assertiveness and influencing skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify and develop a strategic & compelling vision of the product’s future potential
- Solid technical knowledge of our different products including field/hands-on experience, and the ability to rapidly understand newly presented information
- Prior experience with business continuity (compliance, non-conformities and/or obsolescence) and continuous improvement is a strong asset.

- A team player, able to create relationships and influence at all levels, and to work autonomously according to priorities and in a structured manner.
- A customer-oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills including presentation of ideas.
