Who you are
As The Cyber Security and Privacy Leader, you will develop the vision and strategy of Cyber Security and Privacy (CS&P) for a business function, with the goal to attain and enable business objectives and ensure legal compliance. You will take accountability and influence Ingka leaders and teams for effective implementation of CS&P in the organisation.
To be successful in this role you need to have:
– Good knowledge and experience of Cybersecurity domains, their design and implementation.
– You have a strong knowledge of leadership and strategic management
– Good knowledge of enterprise risk management.
– You are passionate about emerging cyber security threats and their possible impacts on the business environment.
– You are motivated by working both independently and interdependently in the cyber security network and across functions.
– You have a strong people skills with a desire to drive a human-centric approach.
– You have proven experience across the Cyber Security field in one or more of the domains of security, privacy, and compliance, in a large corporate environment, for at least 8 years.
– Good knowledge of enterprise level security incident response procedures
– Good knowledge of software development processes, software security tooling, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
– Keeping up to date with new emerging technologies / tools, and their impact

Your responsibilities
You will drive global steering documents, directing the implementation of business-centric goals for Cyber Security and Privacy (CS&P) within the Business function. You ensure a secure incorporation of Business function requirements into the global CS&P direction, fostering effective governance and collaboration across functions.
You will collaborate closely with the Ingka Group Cyber Security and Privacy function to develop, secure and implement CS&P practices, representing the specific needs of the Business function. Secure adherence to the risk framework alongside relevant functions, facilitating the organization’s effective alignment with business objectives. Adhere to compliance frameworks, manage audits and provide comprehensive reporting on CS&P performance, monitoring, analyzing, and taking effective action against internal and external risks and threats.

The position will be in the Netherlands, andyou will report to the Digital Technology Manager for INGKA Investments.
