Job Description

• Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  
• Lead hands-on implementation in areas such as Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  
• Work with Entra ID governance workflows, including access reviews, HRMS integration, and lifecycle management.
  
• Implement cloud-based IAM solutions, including Azure AD PIM and cloud infrastructure entitlement management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals and compliance needs.
  

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions, specifically using Microsoft Entra.
  
• Expertise in managing Entra ID for both B2B and B2C users.
  
• In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols, risk-based authentication, and identity proofing.
  
• Experience with Entra Permissions Management and Azure AD PIM.
  
• Familiarity with integrating Entra ID workflows into SaaS and on-premise applications.
  

• Architect and implement IAM solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  
• Effectively manage entitlement packages, access reviews, and provisioning processes.
  
• Collaborate with HRMS systems for seamless identity governance and lifecycle management.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams for the successful deployment of Entra-based IAM solutions.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IAM trends and Microsoft Entra’s latest features.

Requirements
