What can you expect

The Security department looks after the safety and well being of personal belongings of our guests throughout their stay at Hotel Okura Amsterdam.

As a security officer you work throughout the whole hotel. You assist guests and colleagues in the case of loss or theft of items, you offer first aid to guest and colleagues and you are the main point of contact in a case of calamities. Should the Front Office be busy, you will be there to assist your colleagues in our lobby. Your main tasks will be:

Don’t worry you will not be working alone. Besides working in your own team, you will also work with other departments in the hotel. Work is carried out in shifts throughout a 7-day workweek. You will work 5 days a week, 7.6 hours a day. You are also available on public holidays. The shifts are: 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00 and 23:00 – 07:00.
